Physical event immortalised
They had tried all the conventional and generally popular ways of generating leads but could not receive required client attention. They were on a verge of wrapping up the promotion as the expenses had surpassed the estimates. No qualifying leads and soaring expenses was a difficult task to deal with.

The Company wanted to organize a physical event to demonstrate the new services. WebFishery designed the strategy for lead generation after a comprehensive study of the market space and targeted client bases. The following criteria were proposed:
- Demography: Florida, Chicago, Boston, New York
- Vertical: IT (Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence)
- Titles: Director and above with following keywords - “Analytics, Insights, E-commerce, Actuary, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Data Mining”
As it was a physical event and the criteria motley, it was a difficult task to promote and target the customer bases in the proposed geographic locations. For this, social media platform was used and the event was popularized on various groups and discussions.
