Webinars have become one of the best ways for lead generation in recent days. Sending campaigns to the targeting persons at the perfect time is most important when conducting a webinar marketing program. The day, time, date for the best result differs based on the industry that are being targeted.
As per the experience I have over the years of hosting & scheduling webinars, I can suggest the best days to be Wednesday’s and Thursday’s. Also, if the target audience is US, morning time PST works better. Obviously you may want to give a second thought before scheduling your webinar time/day depending on the target audience, for eg. for an international audience follow the trends best suited for global audience rather than the national trends.
Lead Nurturing plays a very important role while playing a host of a webinar program. Remind the prospects (or clients in waiting) one or two days and half an hour before the webinar. Or let your sales team personally invite (or rather remind) them with details like day, time, title of the webinar they had earlier shown interest.
So what is the best time to send a webinar invite for SALES?
* Normally, in all companies, the sales meeting will be on every Monday. So, Monday will not be a best day to conduct the event.
* Avoid last week of every month. it’s usually very hectic for most sales people as they have to meet their monthly/quarterlt sales targets.
* Wednesday’s/Thursday’s work better for events. Precisely, Second Wednesday/Thursday are ideal if your soul target audience is Sales people.
* If you are targeting a particular geographical region, Lunch time will be good (particularly sales guys). But if you target the whole US, my recommendation is, morning time PST.
